a pattern exists

I've discovered that many of our frustrations and difficulties are actually the result of a few key patterns of behavior that we have fallen into over the course of our lives. These patterns differ from person to person, but the results are the same-- they hold us back, cause us to become stuck, and doom us to repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

...by the way, I don’t mean to sound negative, obviously there are patterns, which are good. . . however, I have found that it is sometimes difficult to tell the good from the bad.

I'm thinking this pattern is about 'you'
it doesn't matter which way you look at it- you see the same thing.
Only the individual themself can control how they feel about themselves, others and life!!!
It's all about YOU!!!

Yes B. It really is all about me. You hit it on the nose. The individual can "choose" to let what others think influence how they think, feel, look at themselves OR they can empower themselves by dictating how they feel about themselves and others and also how they live their own life. You only live once so its up to you who is in the driver's seat. Incidentally, if you could blow the picture up, inbetween each set of pictures it says " a pattern exists" with a slight alteration on the third line which says " a 'cus' exists". Accentuating what you have pointed out: "It's all about ME"... :)

My superficial response to this picture is that it is very disco. Your glasses look like a headband and you remind me of John Travolta (when he was skinny and sexy, not now). On the other hand you seem to be expressing that you do not know which way to turn and you just keep running into yourself. I wonder if this how a dog feels when he chases his tail?

I don't know quite how to take the dog analogy but will try to take it in the best possible way. :) It is about patterns and about having the ability to change them, even in the most subtle way.
